Text messages
Reply STOP to any message from Fusion Payments. That is the fastest route and it is honored automatically by our messaging carrier — you will get one confirmation and then nothing further. Reply HELP to any message for help. Message and data rates may apply.
Our SMS program is transactional only: invoice notifications, billing alerts, and payment receipts. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The full terms are in our Terms of service and our Privacy policy.
Every commercial email we send carries an unsubscribe link. The form above does the same thing and covers every mailbox we send from, which a single message's link cannot always do.
What opting out does not stop
If you are an active merchant, we will still contact you about your own account — statements, service notices, and anything the sponsor bank or the card brands require us to tell you. Those are not marketing and you cannot be opted out of them while the account is open. To close an account, call us.
